I will give you two examples of how to develop your ability to be critical about the facts you collect and then to draw some conclusions.
For the first time here in India I have seen a live snake. Thanks to the synchronicities I was around when this little pale green snake tried to find a place to hide. It was on an open street, but it managed to find the pots with plants on the other side of some steps and hide.
After this I of course asked the people around me about the snake, yes, it is venomous. So i went on my way for breakfast and here I checked out what kind of snake it could be. It is a bamboo green viper.
Then back home I looked into the spiritual, shamanic views on a snake. Generally they are related to rebirth, health, subconscious matters and of course kundalini matters. One website mentioned specifically the green viper as a warning for someone I cannot trust.
How do I deal with these fragments of knowledge or fragments of facts? Well, there are changes going on in my life, health-wise I have the usual issues and on the subconscious level? Well, stuff do surface on a regular basis. I will probably remember the snake for some time and mention it for a friend or two. At times the Ayurvedic perspective has given me some nice surprises in it way of under standing the world.
The total of meeting the snake is for now to be a synchronicity incident. I might have to look further into totem and spirit animals.
I had a meeting with another spirit animal that presently has much more significance for me. It is my choice to put energy and symbolism into this meeting. Here I am showing a little example of what can cause me to do research and how much attention I put into the whole matter.
Another example: Years ago I looked into additives to food, that was a very different experience. I ended with 2 or 3 apps on my phone and I would almost daily stop up in a shop and check the ingredients in plastic bagged foods, snacks, cheese, or frozen spring rolls, etc. At present I have stopped checking food in that way. Why? I simply do not buy snacks or most chocolates and certainly not the wide range of soft drinks. I mostly eat foods, juices and teas that are freshly made. My attitude towards a lot of foods are the same, but as I do not buy or eat them. I have found that I have some sort of peace with the knowledge I have in this area. I do inform the young people I meet on the streets, but I am not in any way all ready to go full blast on someone for buying some sugar loaded, black colour additive rich soft drink. It is the persons choice, unfortunately on an un-informed basis. Again it is a persons choice to research or not.
But if you should come to ask me about food, you must be prepared for some harsh truth bombs exploding in your face. Key words: Nerve denerating additives, additives derived from human live baby kidneys, in general harmful cancerogenic substances. There You got it.
